Through a dynamic collaboration with communications consultancy Hey Me, design agency Rapport Creative, and website experts Kootoo, we embarked on a journey to redefine our identity and launch our brand new website.

Reflecting on this transformation, Steve Crawford, Managing Director at Primary Power, shares his thoughts on the process and its significance for the company:

“Our goal was clear: to create a brand that not only resonates with our clients but also attracts top talent to join our team. We wanted to create an identity that truly reflects our expertise and ambition.”

Rather than keeping this project at the leadership level, Primary Power embraced a team-driven approach. Employees from across the business played a hands-on role, ensuring the new brand was shaped by those who represent it every day, as Steve reflects:
